Are you interested in building an AI platform from scratch that will transform the way a leading company develops software?

We are looking for an AI Technical Lead to participate in the construction of an Artificial Intelligence agent platform designed to help technology teams work more efficiently, consistently, and aligned with the standards of an important client company.

We are not just looking for a technical expert. We want to incorporate a person capable of combining architecture, leadership, methodology, and technological evangelism to become a reference point within the organization.

Tasks:

You will be one of the key figures in the definition and construction of said platform, collaborating both in the technological design of the platform and in the adoption of new AI-supported ways of working within the development teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Defining and evolving AI agent-based architectures.

• Participating in the design of a corporate artificial intelligence platform.

• Establishing best practices, standards, and AI governance mechanisms.

• Defining guardrails for the safe and responsible use of AI-based solutions.

• Supporting development teams in the adoption of the new operating model.

• Driving methodologies oriented toward quality, testing, continuous delivery, and AI-assisted development.

• Acting as a technical reference and evangelist within the organization.

• Connecting the technological vision with real business needs.
