Elevator Installation Supervisor

Job duties:

- Your main mission will be the planning, management, and control of service operations in your area of responsibility, which especially includes ensuring the safety of all our teams at all times.

- Managing a team of expert technicians

- Supervising their performance and proper customer service, promoting our services through appropriate consulting.

- You will be the point of reference in your area for operational and technical matters contracted by our clients.

- You will be responsible for the costs of the maintenance operational area, as well as the revenue from service calls and repair sales in your assigned area.

Funciones del puesto:

- Tu misión principal será la Planificación, gestión y control de la operativa del servicio en tu zona de responsabilidad, lo que incluye especialmente el garantizar en todo momento la seguridad de todos nuestros equipos

- Gestionar un equipo de técnicos expertos

- Supervisar su desempeño y la adecuada atención a los clientes promoviendo nuestros servicios a través de un apropiado asesoramiento.

- Serás el referente en tu zona para las gestiones operativas y técnicas contratadas por nuestros clientes

- Tendrás responsabilidad sobre los costes del área operativa de mantenimiento así como de los ingresos por avisos y ventas por reparaciones de la zona asignada.
