That's why we count on you as a Customer Care Advisor, to carry out the activities that ensure the best customer experience regarding the centralized management of installations, whenever the occupational health and safety model for multi-room or full renovations does not apply, as well as responding to customer requirements coming from the national RCO or RCOs sent by the store regarding installation and transport for the stores in the region.

What you'll do

  • Responding to customer complaints received through the RCO, whether at the central RCO level or from the stores. Receiving, tracking, and resolving them. Coordinating between customer/installer/carrier/store.

  • First contact with the customer must be made within a maximum of 24 hours, and resolution of the issue within 48 hours. For complex issues or those depending on the arrival of goods, daily tracking of their status will be carried out until completion. Urgencies must be managed immediately.

  • Notifying customers of date changes due to scheduling errors or lack of product in installation management.

  • Collecting payment for extras at customers' homes, handling calls or emails about extras and customer add-ons when the installer is at the customer's home.
