Main responsibilities:

- You will become a commercial ally for our PRO clients: construction, renovation, and building professionals.
- You will build lasting relationships, understanding their projects and offering them the services that best suit their needs.
- You will carry out proactive follow-up and contact through all our channels (store,
phone, digital).
- You will be the driving force of the PRO Department, supporting key tasks: client onboarding,
budget and order tracking, issue resolution, and service coordination (financing, transport, etc.).
- You will collaborate with the team to ensure every step of the client experience is excellent.

- You have experience (min. 1 year) in customer service, commercial support, or sales.

Responsabilidades principales:

- Te convertirás en un aliado comercial para nuestros clientes PRO: profesionales de obra, reformas y construcción.
- Establecerás relaciones duraderas, entendiendo sus proyectos y ofreciéndoles los servicios que mejor se adapten a sus necesidades.
- Realizarás seguimiento y contacto proactivo a través de todos nuestros canales (tienda,
teléfono, digital).
- Serás el motor del Departamento PRO, apoyando en gestiones clave: altas de clientes,
seguimiento de presupuestos y pedidos, resolución de incidencias, coordinación de servicios (financiación, transporte, etc.).
- Colaborarás con el equipo para que cada paso en la experiencia del cliente sea excelente.

¿A quién buscamos?

- Tienes experiencia (mín. 1 año) en atención al cliente, soporte comercial o ventas.
- Eres resolutivo/a, comunicativo/a, organizado/a y disfrutas del trabajo en equipo.
- Te mueves bien en entornos dinámicos y eres capaz de adaptarte a diferentes canales y procesos.
- Conoces (o te entusiasma conocer) el mundo del cliente profesional, las reformas y los
productos técnicos.
