• You have a solid academic background (Industrial Engineering or similar) and at least 5 years of experience in Audit and Internal Control, with a focus on processes and risk management within the Supply Chain field.

• You have an advanced level of English and preferably fluent Portuguese, essential for effective communication with the various business units in both countries.

• Your profile combines curiosity, critical thinking, and notable analytical skills to map potential risks and identify improvement opportunities.

You will be a strategic partner in governance, responsible for evaluating and improving risk management across the different BUs. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Creating and Leading the Function: You will help establish the Iberian Internal Audit function, ensuring compliance with international standards and the code of ethics, and you will become the reference professional for the BUs.

• Audit Planning and Execution: You will plan and conduct internal audits focused on End-to-End processes and strategic areas, providing management with valuable reports on the status of internal controls and corrective actions.

• Risk Management and Continuous Improvement: You will actively participate in maintaining risk maps and promoting the formalization of internal processes, ensuring compliance and the dissemination of best practices.

• Global and Cross-functional Collaboration: You will participate in cross-functional projects and be part of the skill pools at ADEO Group, collaborating on international assignments and adapting the Group's culture and values locally.

• Mentoring and Compliance: You will mentor new auditors, ensure an adequate level of coordination with Internal Control teams, and maintain objectivity, integrity, and confidentiality in all your work.

• Tienes una sólida formación universitaria (Ingeniería industrial o similar) y al menos 5 años de experiencia en Auditoría y Control Interno, con foco en procesos y gestión de riesgos en el ámbito de Supply Chain.

• Posees un nivel de Inglés alto y preferiblemente, Portugués fluido, esencial para la comunicación efectiva con las distintas unidades de negocio en ambos países.

• Tu perfil combina curiosidad, espíritu crítico y una notable capacidad de abstracción para mapear riesgos potenciales e identificar oportunidades de mejora.

Serás un socio estratégico en la gobernanza, responsable de evaluar y mejorar la gestión de riesgos en las diferentes BUs. Tus funciones clave serán:

• Creación y Liderazgo de la Función: Ayudarás a crear la función de Auditoría Interna Ibérica, cumpliendo con los estándares internacionales y el código ético, y te convertirás en el referente profesional para las BUs.

• Planificación y Ejecución de Auditorías: Planificarás y realizarás auditorías internas centradas en procesos End-to-End y áreas estratégicas, proporcionando a la Dirección informes de valor sobre el estado de los controles internos y las acciones correctivas.

• Gestión de Riesgos y Mejora Continua: Participarás activamente en el mantenimiento de los mapas de riesgos y fomentarás la formalización de procesos internos, asegurando su cumplimiento y la difusión de best practices.

• Colaboración Global y Transversal: Participarás en proyectos transversales y formarás parte de los Pools de competencias de Grupo ADEO, colaborando en misiones internacionales y adaptando la cultura y valores del Grupo a nivel local.

• Mentoría y Cumplimiento: Formarás a nuevos auditores, asegurarás un adecuado grado de coordinación con los equipos de Control Interno y mantendrás la objetividad, integridad y confidencialidad en todos tus trabajos.
