Your mission will be to provide technical, analytical, and operational support to the Macromerchandising team, turning commercial strategies into efficient, profitable, and attractive physical spaces. In your day-to-day work:

• You will design and modify layouts in AutoCAD to adapt the store concept to different formats (GSB, Compact, Project Stores) and remodeling projects (Remodeling).

• You will analyze space profitability, cross-referencing sales data per square meter and studying traffic flow to turn cold zones into high-value areas.

• You will coordinate the preparation of technical dossiers and communicate across departments to ensure that every plan is executed with precision in our stores nationwide.

• You are currently studying Architecture, Interior/Industrial Design, Marketing, or Commerce (with a special interest in Retail) and you can sign an internship agreement.

• You are proficient in AutoCAD and tools such as SketchUp, and you are comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint to support data-driven decisions.

• You have a B2 level of English that allows you to understand technical documentation and communicate ideas fluently.

• You have analytical thinking, attention to detail, and you are curious about applying Artificial Intelligence tools to spatial design.

Tu misión será dar soporte técnico, analítico y operativo al equipo de Macromerchandising, convirtiendo las estrategias comerciales en espacios físicos eficientes, rentables y atractivos. En tu día a día:

• Diseñarás y modificarás layouts en AutoCAD para adaptar el concepto de tienda a diferentes formatos (GSB, Compact, Tiendas Project) y proyectos de reforma (Remodeling).

• Analizarás la rentabilidad del espacio, cruzando datos de ventas por metro cuadrado y estudiando el flujo de circulación para convertir zonas frías en áreas de alto valor.

• Coordinarás la elaboración de dossieres técnicos y te comunicarás de forma transversal con diferentes departamentos para asegurar que cada plano se ejecute con precisión en nuestras tiendas a nivel nacional.

• Un Onboarding de Impacto: Inmersión profunda en la estrategia del área de Macromerchandising para que conozcas la visión global del negocio desde el inicio.

• Desarrollo a la Carta: Plan de formación continua diseñado para potenciar tus habilidades técnicas y competencias clave durante toda tu estancia.

• Tienes un nivel de inglés B2 que te permite comprender documentación técnica y comunicar ideas con soltura.

• Cuentas con pensamiento analítico, atención al detalle y sientes curiosidad por aplicar herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial al diseño espacial.
