What you will do (responsibilities and mission):
You will join the store's Logistics team as Logistics Flow Manager. Your goal will be to ensure the preparation and delivery of omnichannel orders, manage inbound and outbound merchandise flows, and ensure Customer OTIF, maintaining an excellent customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Omnichannel Orders: manage the entire preparation and delivery cycle, organize the team and plan loads; ensure Customer OTIF and meet performance KPIs; resolve issues with customer-focused solutions.

  • Receiving and handling merchandise: coordinate unloading and processing according to channels and procedures; manage transfers, returns, technical service, waste, and pallets.

  • Warehouse Management: optimize space and layouts in coordination with Lider Mundo Logística; manage Stock-Dedié, Customer Order, and Merchandise Retrieval; consider seasonality.

  • Team engagement and development: build and develop a high-performing team aligned with the company's culture and values; quarterly reviews and follow-up.

  • Cross-functional activities: comply with the environmental plan and health and safety regulations; ensure safety, cleanliness, and order; proper use of tools and processes.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a manager of preparation and dispatch in B2C environments (preferably in companies).

  • Education: Intermediate degree in Logistics or similar.

  • Knowledge of office software tools.
