That is why we count on you as In-Store Visual Merchandising, and you will be responsible for the store's visual presentation, always promoting the Brand Image, commercial appeal, efficiency, and consistency in the customer's omnichannel experience. You will also be responsible for adapting national dossiers, campaigns, product rollouts, and other store needs, using the visual identity and Visual Merchandising standards of LM Spain in the assigned stores.

You will be the person leading all changes affecting the customer's omnichannel experience in the store, together with the store's CODIR, coordinating the different departments involved.

The final responsibility will be to monitor both quantitative and qualitative results of the proposed changes, using KPI measurement tools.

What you'll do

Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the corporate image

  • Participate in annual budgets and store investments.

Lead cultural change

  • Channel the store's creativity and influence the store CODIR to align with the company's strategy.
