Previous experience in sales, preferably in mattresses, furniture, or sofas.
Minimum education: Compulsory secondary education.

Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30, and in the afternoons from 17:00 to 20:30

Position Summary:

Are you passionate about providing a unique experience to customers? As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer who enters the store has a premium experience, providing guidance from the welcome until the product is delivered to their home.

Your Responsibilities:

• Receive with willingness and enthusiasm each customer.

• Listen with empathy to their needs to offer the best solution.

• Advise and have in-depth knowledge of all our products, providing the best recommendation.

• Close the sale ensuring that each customer feels satisfied and happy with their purchase.

• Guarantee after-sales service to ensure the customer receives their order without issues.

• Comprehensive store management, including phone support, visual merchandising, and incident resolution.

Main Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in mattresses, furniture, or sofas.

Tus responsabilidades:

• Recibir con disposición y entusiasmo a cada cliente.

• Escuchar con empatía sus necesidades para ofrecer la mejor solución.

• Asesorar y conocer a fondo todos nuestros productos, brindando la mejor recomendación.

• Cerrar la venta logrando que cada cliente se sienta satisfecho y feliz con su compra.

• Garantizar la post-venta para asegurar que el cliente reciba su pedido sin inconvenientes.

• Gestión integral de la tienda, incluyendo atención telefónica, visuales y resolución de incidencias.

Requisitos principales:

• Experiencia previa en ventas, preferiblemente en colchones, muebles o sofás.

• Formación mínima: Enseñanza obligatoria.

• Conocimientos básicos de informática.

• Se valorará experiencia comercial.
