Schedule that facilitates work-life balance
You will work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM, with a reduced schedule on Fridays until 2:00 PM.

Intensive summer schedule
During June, July, August, and the first half of September, you will enjoy an intensive schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM.

Your mission

You will develop a global view of an industrial plant, understanding how the areas that enable efficient manufacturing, product quality, and continuous improvement interact.

Your learning and participation will have a direct impact on projects and processes that contribute to optimizing plant operations and driving innovation within the automotive sector.

During this experience:

• You will learn about processes related to customer, supplier, product, and project quality.

Horario que facilita la conciliación
Trabajarás de lunes a jueves de 8:00 a 14:00 y de 14:30 a 16:30 o 17:00, con jornada reducida los viernes hasta las 14:00.

Horario intensivo de verano
Durante junio, julio, agosto y la primera mitad de septiembre disfrutarás de jornada intensiva de 7:00 a 15:15.

Tu misión

Desarrollarás una visión global de una planta industrial comprendiendo cómo interactúan las áreas que hacen posible la fabricación eficiente, la calidad del producto y la mejora continua.

Tu aprendizaje y participación tendrán impacto directo en proyectos y procesos que contribuyen a optimizar el funcionamiento de la planta y a impulsar la innovación dentro del sector automovilístico.

Durante esta experiencia:

• Conocerás procesos relacionados con calidad cliente, proveedor, producto y proyectos.
• Participarás en iniciativas de implantación y mejora continua dentro de las áreas de ingeniería.
• Descubrirás cómo funcionan los procesos logísticos y colaborarás en la optimización de flujos internos.
