At Fernando Martos Estudio, you will turn landscaping projects into reality, coordinating their execution on the ground and ensuring that every detail is developed with the quality that characterizes the studio.

You will work with autonomy, a company vehicle, and a consolidated team of 7 gardeners, serving as a key figure to ensure each project is a success and every client receives excellent service.

Your mission

You will be the person in charge of coordinating the execution of gardening works for Fernando Martos Estudio in the Community of Madrid, guaranteeing that each project is developed with quality, organization, and attention to detail.

In addition to leading the team of gardeners, you will be the link between the company, the site, and the client, providing confidence, organizational capacity, and solutions so that each green space reflects the excellence of the studio.

In your day-to-day...

• You will organize and coordinate the work of a team of 7 gardeners, distributing tasks and supervising the correct execution of each project.
• You will visit the different sites across the Community of Madrid.
• You will manage the purchase of materials, control the costs of each project, and maintain close and professional communication with clients.
