We are looking for a professional with experience in team coordination, strategic vision, the ability to manage complex situations, and a commitment to interdisciplinary work in mental health. 

What you'll do

  • Coordination of care and organizational activities across the CSMA and CAS facilities, promoting joint work and alignment of objectives.
  • Delivery of care activities as a psychiatrist at the CSMA, combining clinical and management duties.
  • Participation in the shared care program with Primary Care, carrying out assessments, follow-ups, and providing clinical support to reference professionals.
  • Management and follow-up of the most clinically complex cases, acting as the care reference within the multidisciplinary team.
  • Coordination with psychiatry, psychology, nursing, and social work professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participation in coordination meetings with mental health network facilities, external providers, health regions, and other care resources in the area.
  • Monitoring of care indicators and management dashboards, identifying improvement needs and promoting care quality.
  • Promotion of a care model focused on recovery, user autonomy, and rights-based care.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Medicine with a specialty in Psychiatry via the MIR program or a qualification recognized in Spain.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in management or coordination of care teams.
  • Previous experience in the field of community mental health and knowledge of its care pathways.
  • Knowledge of the field of drug addiction.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to work.
