LOGISTICS OPERATIVE - Industrial Spare Parts - AMER (M/F/X) This role will allow you to participate in a strategic inventory project, where your organizational, analytical, and data management skills will have a direct impact on the plant's efficiency and decision-making.
You will work in collaboration with technical staff, with clear objectives and a well-defined scope from the start.

You won't be alone: you will have the support of a technician for decision-making regarding spare parts.

Your mission in the position
You will be the person responsible for bringing order, visibility, and criteria to the stored spare parts, transforming a list of pieces into useful information for industrial decision-making.

In your day-to-day:

• You will physically locate in the warehouse the parts included in a list, verifying their condition (unused, without packaging, deterioration, etc.).
• You will inventory actual quantities of each reference, ensuring stock reliability.
• You will identify which installation each part belongs to, relying on SAP and the history (requester, use, technical data).

With the support of a technician:

• You will analyze if the spare parts are obsolete, discontinued, or simply unused but still valid.
• You will propose clear actions for each spare part:
  • Destroy
  • Maintain
  • Sell
  • Evaluate its criticality for the operation

• Your experience in administrative logistics and inventories
  Will allow you to handle lists, physical stock, and systems with judgment and efficiency.
• Your observation and organizational skills
  Will be key to identifying the actual state of the parts and maintaining consistency between the physical stock and the system.
• Your proficiency in SAP or other ERPs
  Will facilitate the analysis of history and the correct traceability of spare parts.
• Your comfort working with technical support
  You will know how to rely on specialists to make well-founded decisions.
• Your autonomy and responsibility
  Having your own vehicle will allow you to access the workplace with flexibility.
