Job description:

Attend to customer needs and generate sales opportunities (direct sales, loyalty, reactivation...) through direct contact with office customers and the use of loyalty tools (Te Cuidamos). Provide administrative support to the Office Director and Commercial Technicians to increase office efficiency. Execute telephone commercial actions with the aim of reactivating former customers or cancellations. Attend to potential customers who visit the Office requesting information to detect possible insurance needs. Process incidents affecting the insurance of portfolio customers, improve the level of loyalty, and generate new opportunities. Commercial management derived from the SGC.
