Mission:

Ensure the design of mechanical solutions and proper management to secure project objectives in the technical area, efficiently maintaining MA criteria.
Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Team Leader, the role is responsible for:
· Developing the detailed Technical Specifications of the installation together with the client.
· Leading the mechanical design team (Designers and drafters) defined by the Team Leader.
· Directing, supervising, and validating mechanical design tasks contracted to external companies.
· Providing technical support to the Assembly team in charge of Commissioning at Mondragon Assembly and startup at the client's workshops.
· Coordinating the consistency of the mechanical and electrical design together with the Electronics Lead Technician.
· Performing the final project evaluation and documentation for the definition of future standards and the search for process improvements.

Responsible for the mechanical design of the installation regarding technical aspects, deadlines, and costs. To achieve this:
· In collaboration with the client, defines the detailed aspects not included in the offer that must be respected in the mechanical design of the installation.

Misión:

Garantizar el diseño de las soluciones mecánicas y la gestión adecuada para asegurar los objetivos del proyecto en el área técnica, manteniendo los criterios de MA eficientemente.
Responsabilidades:

Bajo la dependencia directa de el/la Jefe/a de Equipo se responsabiliza de:
· Elaborar junto con el cliente el Cuaderno de Cargas de detalle de la instalación.
· Dirigir el equipo de diseño mecánico (Proyectistas y delineantes) definido por el Jefe/a de Equipo.
· Dirigir, supervisar y validar las labores de diseño mecánico contratadas a empresas externas.
· Dar cobertura técnica al equipo de Montadores/as encargados de la Puesta a Punto en Mondragon Assembly y de la puesta en marcha en los talleres del cliente.
· Coordinar la coherencia del diseño mecánico y eléctrico junto con el/la Técnico/a Responsable de Electrónico/a.
· Realizar la valoración final del proyecto y su documentación cara a la definición de estándares futuros y la búsqueda de mejoras en los procesos.

Se responsabiliza del diseño mecánico de instalación en los aspectos técnicos, de plazo y de coste. Para ello:
· En colaboración con el cliente, define los aspectos de detalle no contemplados en la oferta que deben ser respetados en el diseño mecánico de la instalación.
· Dirige al equipo de diseño mecánico interno y externo, validando las soluciones técnicas adoptadas y los equipos y componentes a utilizar.
· Dirige la elaboración de las especificaciones técnicas de los equipos a comprar.
· Verifica la homogeneidad de los diseños realizados por los diferentes proyectistas.
· Presenta y defiende ante el cliente los diseños realizados por los diferentes proyectista.
· Presenta y defiende ante el cliente los diseños realizados para obtener su Vº Bº y se responsabiliza de introducir las modificaciones acortadas.
· Dirige la elaboración de la documentación técnica de la instalación: información para compras, libro de instrucciones para el cliente, etc.

· INGENIERIA SUPERIOR MECANICA.
· Las relaciones con clientes, y otras entidades varias exigen la utilización COTIDIANA del IDIOMA INGLÉS LEÍDO, ESCRITO y HABLADO con alto nivel de especialización.
