Purpose:
To ensure the correct functioning of the Integrated Management Systems (quality, environment, health and safety, compliance, and Corporate Social Responsibility) at all levels of the organization, driving continuous improvement.

Specific Tasks:

Maintain and develop management systems (quality, environment, OSH, CSR, and compliance).
Plan, perform, and follow up on internal and external audits.
Coordinate the management of non-conformities and complaints.
Monitor and audit customer satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement within the organization and implement initiatives.
Advise business units on management system matters.
Identify legal requirements and ensure compliance.
Prevention
Perform risk assessments and propose preventive actions.
Participate in the investigation of accidents and incidents.
Manage health and safety plans and emergency plans.
Environment
Manage environmental requirements and relations with the administration.
Define and monitor environmental objectives and improvement actions.
Compliance and CSR
