Job Description

Your mission will be to provide support and follow-up on the use of the company's ERP across all subsidiaries, attending to the internal needs of users, resolving doubts and clarifications, and channeling improvement proposals. The ultimate goal will be to master the operational business process and the ERP, understanding the underlying database, the system's internal communication, and managing necessary developments and adjustments.
Functions and Responsibilities
User Support and Service:
Resolve doubts and clarifications from internal users regarding the ERP.
Register, prioritize, and channel improvement proposals related to the system.
Mastery of Operational Process and ERP:
Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the business's operational functioning.
Understand how business processes are integrated into the ERP.
ERP System Management:
Analyze and understand the ERP database to respond to specific needs.
Supervise how the ERP system communicates between modules and with other platforms.
Technical Developments and Improvements:
Define technical requirements for custom developments with the ERP provider.
Coordinate testing, validation, and implementation of requested developments.
Optimization and Monitoring:

Academic:
