Take responsibility for achieving project objectives regarding pre-assembly, assembly, pneumatic installation, commissioning, and electrical installation together with the electrical installations manager.
Regarding the organizational structure:

Actively participate as a member of the core team in defining the project solution.
Lead the achievement of Project objectives regarding pre-assembly, assembly, pneumatic and electrical installation, and commissioning.
Perform the assembly and commissioning of the assigned stations, according to the basic common and specific characteristics defined in the General Layout.
Lead the creation of the Detailed Assembly and Commissioning Plan in coherence with the General Planning and coordinated with the core team and the Electrical Installations manager.
Coordinate the assembly of the mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical parts.
Closely monitor compliance with deadlines, costs, and other assembly and commissioning objectives, and propose corrective actions if non-compliance is foreseen.
Coordinate the assembly team (internal and subcontracted). Supervise and take ownership of the work performed.
During the acceptance at MA and the final acceptance of the line at the customer's site, this person is responsible for maintaining communication with the customer in their language (English proficiency) and obtaining their approval for the mechanical part. Due to the internationalization process, the use of English is increasingly frequent.

Requirements

Realizar el montaje y p. a p. de los puestos que le corresponden, según las características básicas comunes y específicas definidas en el Planteamiento General.
Liderar la realización de la Planificación de Detalle del Montaje y Puesta a Punto en coherencia con el Planing General y coordinado con el EB y el/la responsable de Instalaciones Eléctricas.
Coordinar el montaje de la parte mecánica, neumática y eléctrica.
Realizar un seguimiento cercano del cumplimiento de plazos, costes y otros objetivos del montaje y PaP y proponer acciones correctoras en caso de prever un incumplimiento.
Coordinar el equipo de montaje (interno y subcontratado). Supervisar y asumir el trabajo realizado.
En la aceptación en MA y en la aceptación final de la línea en la casa del cliente es la persona responsable de mantener la interlocución con el cliente en su idioma (dominio de inglés) y obtener su visto bueno en la parte mecánica. Debido al proceso de internacionalización cada vez mayor uso del inglés.

Requisitos



Estamos buscando una persona que tenga ganas e ilusión por ser parte de este proyecto y además que reuna los siguientes requisitos:

Modulo superior de Mecánica, Mecatronica, y/o Electrónica
Al menos dos años de experiencia en nuestras soluciones o similares.
Experiencia en montaje
Disponibilidad para viajar
Idiomas: buen dominio de inglés y euskera.
Entre otras competencias se valorarán personas que busquen desarrollar su carrera en un entorno exigente y de continuo aprendizaje, orientación al cliente y a los resultados.
