• University degree in Psychology, Social Work, Pedagogy, Social Education, Occupational Therapy, or similar.
• Postgraduate training in Direction and Management of Residential Centers, Social Services, or the healthcare field is valued.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordination, direction, or management positions of care services.
• Experience in leadership and team management.
• Organizational capacity, people-orientation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the regulations applicable to the socio-sanitary sector.
