WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?🔧:

  • Design and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, volunteering, donations, and community projects, aligned with the company's strategy.

  • Promote a culture of sustainability, encouraging employee participation through communication, awareness, and internal engagement actions.

  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations regarding sustainability and social impact (suppliers, associated plans, and procedures).

  • Lead cross-functional positive impact projects, coordinating different areas and collaborating with social entities, NGOs, and other stakeholder groups.

  • Analyze and monitor indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure the achievement of objectives.

  • Identify trends and best practices in sustainability and social impact, driving new initiatives that contribute to the organization's innovation and continuous improvement.

WHO IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE? 🤩

  • Degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, or related disciplines. Postgraduate studies or a Master's degree in Sustainability or ESG will be valued.

  • More than 3 years of experience in sustainability or ESG, performing similar roles.

  • Experience in social impact projects and collaboration with NGOs.

  • Advanced level of English.

  • French and/or Portuguese will be valued.
