Demand Generation Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own lead generation for our client, an SEO agency - managing a monthly budget across existing growth channels to consistently deliver qualified leads (MQLs and SQLs). You'll be responsible for optimizing and scaling established channels, making data-driven decisions, and ensuring measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a lead generation strategy for B2B services

• Manage and optimize multiple growth channels including:

  • Google Ads (PPC)

  • LinkedIn Marketing

  • Review Platforms (Clutch, G2, TrustPilot, etc.)

  • SEO (oversight and reporting, not execution)

• Allocate and manage the monthly growth budget

• Deliver a consistent number of MQLs and SQLs each month

• Provide detailed reporting, tracking, and data-backed recommendations

• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or business development for service-based companies

• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads (PPC) and LinkedIn Marketing - required

• Proven track record of managing and scaling multiple digital marketing channels

• Experience with review platforms and familiarity with SEO

• Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to make strategic decisions based on data

• Demonstrated success in managing monthly budgets of $10k+

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Nice to have: experience with HubSpot CRM
