At Almirall, we're looking for an AI Project Management Intern to join our Global Commercial & Marketing Office in Barcelona.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation, supporting a growing portfolio of AI initiatives that are shaping the future of Commercial and Marketing excellence. As part of the team, you'll gain visibility across multiple AI projects, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to strategic initiatives that create tangible business impact.

What You'll Do:

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of AI-driven projects across the Commercial organization.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful implementation.
Work closely with Product Owners and key stakeholders to track progress, identify challenges, and drive alignment.
Act as a central point of coordination across AI initiatives, helping teams stay connected and informed.
Identify synergies and collaboration opportunities between projects to maximize impact and efficiency.
Support portfolio prioritization activities and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Collaborate with functions including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, IT, Data & Analytics, and Compliance.
Help translate business needs into actionable project plans and requirements.
Support budget tracking, reporting, and governance activities.
Prepare project dashboards, presentations, and updates for leadership reviews.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and AI adoption initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about AI and its business applications.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail combined with a strategic and business-oriented perspective.
Advanced English communication skills.
