Estate Caretaker with accommodation included

We are looking for an Estate Caretaker for the comprehensive care of a private estate in a rural setting, located in the Ciudad Real area, Castilla-La Mancha.

A stable position aimed at people who want to spend their day-to-day life living on the estate itself and being an active part of its operation.

What will your day-to-day look like?

-General supervision of the property and access control.

-Care of the estate's animals, both domestic and game animals.

-Support in game management: feeding, maintenance of feeders, and collaboration in big game hunting days and population control.

-Care of the estate's dogs.

-Basic maintenance of the surroundings: paths, facilities, and common areas.

-Handling incidents and monitoring the general condition of the estate.

Buscamos un/a Guarda de Finca para el cuidado integral de una finca privada en entorno rural, ubicada en la zona de Ciudad Real, Castilla-La Mancha.

Un puesto estable orientado a personas que quieran desarrollar su día a día viviendo en la propia finca y formando parte activa de su funcionamiento.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

-Supervisión general de la propiedad y control de accesos.

-Atención a los animales de la finca, tanto domésticos como cinegéticos.

-Apoyo en la gestión cinegética: alimentación, mantenimiento de comederos y colaboración en jornadas de caza mayor y control poblacional.

-Cuidado de perros de la finca.

-Mantenimiento básico del entorno: caminos, instalaciones y zonas comunes.

-Resolución de incidencias y seguimiento del estado general de la finca.
