Job vacancy: Healthcare Document Specialist.Location: Caobas Laboratories - Madrid.

What you'll do

Functions:

Manage and maintain clinical and pathological documentation, ensuring proper updating, archiving, digitization, and retrieval.

Ensure traceability and control of samples, requests, and diagnostic reports, monitoring the entire laboratory documentation workflow.

Record, validate, and safeguard information in management systems, ensuring data quality and compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality.

Provide support to the service's activities, assisting in the issuance and distribution of reports, resolving incidents, and providing documentary support for research and teaching projects.

Participate in the laboratory's continuous improvement, developing activity indicators and collaborating in quality processes, audits, accreditations, and process digitalization.
