Job description

We are looking for a nurse with a profile in critical patient areas. Their duties would include;

Taking responsibility for direct patient care, according to the nursing care plan for patients under their charge, ensuring their safety throughout the care process.

Making the appropriate notes in the patient's medical record.

Showing consistency and interest in patient monitoring and follow-up, informing them of how their care will proceed and any other matter that may be required, respecting the standards of excellent quality care.

Respecting and maintaining an appropriate relationship with patients and their families, collaborating in the promotion and maintenance of a professional and respectful environment. Likewise, providing the information and education that is appropriately tailored to their needs.

Promote an effective interdepartmental working relationship and work effectively as a team member to facilitate the achievement of the department's objectives and goals.

Estamos buscando un enfermero/a con perfil en áreas de pacientes criticos. Entre sus funciones estarian;

Responsabilizarse de la atención directa al paciente, de acuerdo al plan de atención de enfermería de los pacientes a su cargo velando por su seguridad durante el proceso asistencial.

Realización de las anotaciones debidas en la historia clínica del paciente.

Mostrar constancia e interés en el seguimiento y control del paciente, informándole de cómo se procederá en su asistencia y sobre cualquier otro asunto que se requiera, respetando los estándares de unos cuidados asistenciales de excelente calidad.

Respetar y mantener una relación adecuada con pacientes y familiares, colaborando en la promoción y mantenimiento de un entorno profesional y respetable. Proporcionando, así mismo, la información y educación que responsada de forma adecuada a las necesidades de los mismos.

Promover una efectiva relación laboral interdepartamental y trabajar eficazmente como miembro de un equipo para facilitar la consecución de objetivos y metas del departamento.
