Vacancy: Internships in Construction and InfrastructureLocation: Madrid

Functions:

Document and technical management

Updating graphic documentation of hospitals.

Document management of licenses and permits.

Updating property information.

Support for projects and construction works

Reviewing projects according to the corporate manual.

Support in project management control.

Reviewing investment requests.

Standardization and improvement of processes

Updating the corporate manual.

Updating and disseminating department procedures.

Internal coordination.

Cross-functional support

Contract management and control.

Updating the supplier database.

Preparing the annual photo book of completed investments.

Requirements

Final-year student or master's degree in Building Engineering, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.

Intermediate level of Excel (a test will be given) and knowledge of the Office environment.

Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints.

Interest in project management, construction, and the hospital environment.

Organized profile, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Immediate availability to sign an internship agreement for 6 months.

Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.

Vacante: Prácticas Obras e InfraestructurasUbicación: Madrid

Funciones:

Gestión documental y técnica

Actualización de documentación gráfica de hospitales.

Gestión documental de licencias y proyectos.

Actualización de información de inmuebles.

Apoyo a proyectos y obras

Revisión de proyectos de ejecución según manual corporativo.

Apoyo en el control de gestión de proyectos.

Revisión de solicitudes de inversión.

Estandarización y mejora de procesos

Actualización del manual corporativo.

Actualización y difusión de procedimientos del departamento.

Coordinación interna.

Soporte transversal

Gestión y control de contratos.

Actualización de base de proveedores.

Elaboración de book fotográfico anual de inversiones ejecutadas.

Requisitos

Estudiante de último curso o máster en Ingeniería de la Edificación, Arquitectura o Ingeniería Civil o Industrial.

Nivel medio de Excel (se realizará prueba) y herramientas del entorno Office.

Conocimientos en la interpretación y lectura de planos.

Interés por la gestión de proyectos, obra y entorno hospitalario.

Perfil organizado, con atención al detalle y ganas de aprender.

Disponibilidad inmediata para realizar convenio de prácticas durante 6 meses.

Valorable conocimiento de AutoCAD.
