Your Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will be varied and technically demanding, taking charge of:

Preparation and operation of specific machinery: Laser Cutting, CNC Press Brake, Lathe, Winding machine...

Interpretation of technical drawings to adjust machine parameters.

Material feeding and supervision of the production process to guarantee the quality of the finish.

Basic preventive maintenance of tools and cleaning of the workstation.

Measurement control and verification of parts according to tolerances.

For us, it is ESSENTIAL that you have:

Consolidated Experience: You must have previously operated Laser, Press Brake, Lathe, and/or Winding machines. We are looking for profiles who "know the quirks" of the machine and can work autonomously.

Technical Knowledge: Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.).

Attitude: Commitment to occupational safety, proactivity, and a desire to demonstrate your talent to stay with us long-term.

Availability: Ability to work rotating shifts.

Career Plan: Salary review every 6 months linked to your performance and progression.

Real Stability: Initial temporary contract with high possibilities of joining the permanent staff after the trial period.

Schedules: Rotating Morning and Afternoon shifts, allowing for better personal organization.

Tus Funciones
Tu día a día será variado y exigente a nivel técnico, encargándote de:

Preparación y manejo de maquinaria específica: Corte por Láser, Plegadora de control numérico, Torno, Bobinadora...

Interpretación de planos técnicos para el ajuste de parámetros en las máquinas.

Alimentación de material y supervisión del proceso productivo para garantizar la calidad del acabado.

Mantenimiento preventivo básico de las herramientas y limpieza del puesto de trabajo.

Control de medidas y verificación de piezas según tolerancias.

Para nosotros es IMPRESCINDIBLE que cuentes con:

Experiencia consolidada: Debes haber operado previamente con Láser, Plegadora, Torno y/o Bobinadora. Buscamos perfiles que "conozcan los vicios" de la máquina y sepan trabajar con autonomía.

Conocimiento Técnico: Capacidad de lectura de planos y uso de herramientas de medición (pie de rey, micrometro, etc.).

Actitud: Compromiso con la seguridad laboral, proactividad y ganas de demostrar tu talento para quedarte con nosotros a largo plazo.

Disponibilidad: Capacidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos.

Plan de Carrera: Revisión salarial cada 6 meses vinculada a tu desempeño y progresión.

Estabilidad Reales: Contrato inicial temporal con altas posibilidades de incorporación a plantilla fija tras el periodo de prueba.

Horarios: Turnos rotativos de Mañana y Tarde, permitiéndote una mejor organización personal.
