As a Bellhop / Porter, you will be a key piece of the guest experience. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring impeccable welcomes and farewells, as well as facilitating the stay of all clients. The main tasks include:
Receiving and welcoming all guests arriving at the hotel in a cordial and professional manner.
Managing, transporting, and delivering guests' luggage to their rooms with speed and care.
Assisting guests with the collection and transfer of luggage during check-out or when changing rooms.
Offering valet parking services upon arrival and departure, handling guests' vehicles with total diligence and safety.
Providing useful information about the hotel's facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the city of San Sebastián.
Performing internal and external errands requested by the Reception team or the hotel Management.
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the main entrance areas, the lobby, and the vehicle access.
Collaborating closely with the Reception and Concierge team to ensure perfect coordination in customer service.
