Electromechanical Technician

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, your main mission will be to ensure the correct operation and availability of machinery and industrial facilities during the night shift:

Carry out corrective maintenance by diagnosing and quickly resolving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns.

Implement the preventive maintenance plan on process lines and general facilities.

Perform adjustment, calibration, and commissioning of equipment before the start of the production day.

Propose continuous improvements to optimize processes, efficiency, and plant safety.

Record actions in the maintenance management system (CMMS) and provide effective information handover between shifts.

Ensure strict compliance with occupational risk prevention (ORP), hygiene, and food safety regulations.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years as a maintenance technician in an industrial environment (experience in the food/meat sector is highly valued).

Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, autonomy to work the night shift, and ability to work as part of a team.

Mobility: Residence in the Bages region or surrounding areas and availability of own vehicle to travel to the workplace.

Knowledge: Proficiency in industrial electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Knowledge of automation (PLCs) and variable frequency drives will be positively valued.

Education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Automation and Robotics, or similar.

Stable employment: Permanent contract directly with the company.

Initial training plan: Integration and training period adapted to the morning or afternoon shift to thoroughly learn the plant before moving to the final shift.

Competitive compensation: Salary commensurate with skills and experience, including the corresponding night shift premiums.

En dependencia directa del Responsable de Mantenimiento, tu misión principal será garantizar el correcto funcionamiento y la disponibilidad de la maquinaria e instalaciones industrials durante el turno de noche:

Executar el mantenimiento correctivo realizando el diagnóstico y la resolución rápida de averías eléctricas, mecánicas, neumáticas e hidráulicas.

Llevar a cabo el plan de mantenimiento preventivo en las líneas de proceso e instalaciones generales.

Realizar el ajuste, calibración y puesta a punto de los equipos antes del inicio de la jornada productiva.

Proponer mejoras continuas para optimizar los procesos, la eficiencia y la seguridad de la planta.

Registrar las actuaciones en el sistema de gestión de mantenimiento (GMAO) y realizar un traspaso de información efectivo entre turnos.

Velar por el cumplimiento estricto de las normas de prevención de riesgos laborales (PRL), higiene y seguridad alimentaria.

Experiencia: Mínimo de 2-3 años como técnico/a de mantenimiento en entorno industrial (muy valorable en el sector agroalimentario/cárnico).

Competencias: Alta capacidad de resolución de problemas, autonomía para trabajar en turno de noche y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

Movilidad: Residencia en la comarca del Bages o zonas limítrofes y disponibilidad de vehículo propio para desplazarse al centro de trabajo.

Conocimientos: Dominio en electricidad industrial, mecánica, neumática e hidráulica. Se valorará positivamente tener conocimientos en automatismos (PLC) y variadores de frecuencia.

Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio o Superior en Electromecánica, Mantenimiento Industrial, Automatización y Robótica Industrial o similar.

Contratación estable: Contrato indefinido directamente por la empresa.

Plan de formación inicial: Período de integración y formación adaptada en turno de mañana o tarde para conocer a fondo la planta antes de incorporarte al turno definitivo.

Retribución competitiva: Salario acorde a la valía y experiencia aportada, incluyendo los correspondientes complementos de nocturnidad.
