Assembly Operator

From the RAS INTERIM Sabadell office, we are selecting personnel for a company dedicated to the assembly of metal structures located in Castellar del Vallès.

👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assembly and fitting of metal structures following blueprints and technical specifications.
- Handling and assembly of parts, fasteners, and joining elements.
- Use of hand and power tools (drill, riveter, screwdriver, etc.).
- Dimensional verification and visual inspection of joints to ensure assembly quality.
- Collaboration with the team to ensure the correct assembly sequence and meet deadlines.
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace and complying with safety regulations.

👍 WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Previous experience in metal structure assembly or similar work in a workshop/on-site.
- Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and handling of sector tools.
- Ability for physical work, handling loads, and working at slight heights (with appropriate protective means).
- Availability to work the indicated schedule: from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Responsible attitude, proactivity, and teamwork.

🤝 WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Salary: €16.05 gross/hour.
- Contract through a staffing agency with the possibility of joining the company directly based on performance.
- Professional work environment in a company dedicated to metal structure assembly, with basic training in prevention and safety protocols.

Desde la oficina RAS INTERIM Sabadell seleccionamos personal para empresa dedicada al montaje de estructuras metálicas ubicada en Castellar del Vallès.

👌 TUS RESPONSABILIDADES
- Montaje y ensamblaje de estructuras metálicas siguiendo planos y especificaciones técnicas.
- Manipulación y montaje de piezas, tornillería y elementos de unión.
- Uso de herramientas manuales y eléctricas (taladro, remachadora, atornillador, etc.).
- Verificación dimensional y control visual de las uniones para asegurar la calidad del montaje.
- Colaboración con el equipo para la correcta secuencia de montaje y cumplimiento de plazos.
- Mantenimiento del orden y limpieza en el puesto de trabajo y cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad.

👍 ¿QUÉ NECESITAMOS DE TI?
- Experiencia previa en montaje de estructuras metálicas o trabajos similares en taller/obra.
- Conocimientos básicos de lectura de planos y manejo de herramientas del sector.
- Capacidad para trabajo físico, manejo de cargas y trabajo en altura leve (con medios de protección adecuados).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en el horario indicado: de 08:00h a 17:00h.
- Actitud responsable, proactividad y trabajo en equipo.

🤝 ¿QUÉ PODEMOS APORTARTE?
- Jornada: lunes a viernes de 08:00h a 17:00h.
- Salario: 16,05€ brutos/hora.
- Contrato a través de ETT con posibilidad de incorporación a empresa según desempeño.
- Entorno de trabajo profesional en empresa dedicada al montaje de estructuras metálicas, con formación básica en prevención y protocolos de seguridad.
