About the role

Internship description: We are looking for a student intern to join the Stamping Process Engineering team, actively participating in industrial projects related to the integration of new vehicles, the optimization of production processes, and the improvement of industrial performance.

What you will learn: Participation in industrialization projects and continuous improvement within the stamping scope:

What you'll do

  • Collaboration in the development and launch of the industrial system for the integration of new vehicles in the stamping production process.
  • Support in the preliminary project phase, working under a Design to Cost approach, monitoring cost reduction initiatives related to product/process modifications.
  • Participation in the definition of quality, cost, and schedule requirements in industrialization projects.
  • Support in the definition, validation, and industrialization of new vehicles, ensuring compliance with standards defined by Central Engineering and manufacturing requirements.
  • Collaboration in resolving issues detected in manufacturing and quality, proposing technical solutions and contributing to customer protection.
  • Participation in meetings and project dynamics with product engineering, manufacturing, and central teams, gaining knowledge of industrial processes and working methodologies.
