What will be your mission?
Resolve administrative requests and tasks following defined processes.
Attend to internal customers with a focus on excellence.
Collaborate with other areas (production, logistics, finance, HSE) for effective management.
Support the monitoring of efficiency indicators and data control.
Apply current regulations in document and administrative management.
Detect improvement opportunities and participate in their implementation.
Contribute to area projects and provide transversal support.
Maintain the order, traceability, and quality of documentation.
Register information in corporate systems ensuring its integrity and updating.
Manage and keep the area's records and archives up to date.
Provide administrative support in economic and financial management.
Support processes linked to logistics, shipping, safety, and environment.
A key role to ensure the efficient functioning of the area and the quality of information.

What are we looking for?
• Higher Technician Degree (CFGS/FPII) in Administration and Finance and/or Logistics
• 01 (one) year of previous experience in administrative functions (valued)
Valued knowledge
• Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Document management and record control
• Basic knowledge of industrial processes and logistics
• Management systems (ERP, corporate tools)
• Quality, Safety, and Environmental regulations

Mantener el orden, la trazabilidad y la calidad de la documentación.
Registrar información en sistemas corporativos garantizando su integridad y actualización.
Gestionar y mantener actualizados los registros y archivos del área.
Dar soporte administrativo en la gestión económica y financiera
Apoyar procesos vinculados a logística, expediciones, seguridad y medio ambiente.

¿Qué buscamos?
• CFGS (FPII) en Administración y Finanzas y/o Logística
• 01 (un) año de experiencia previa en funciones administrativas (valorable)
Conocimientos valorables
• Manejo de herramientas Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Gestión documental y control de registros
• Conocimientos básicos de procesos industriales y logística
• Sistemas de gestión (ERP, herramientas corporativas)
• Normativa de Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente
