Ensure the mechanical integrity, safety, reliability, and availability of the static equipment in the facilities, actively participating in the technical, economic, and operational management of the specialty.
What will your day-to-day look like?
Manage and optimize maintenance activity, providing technical and economic support to the specialty and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
Ensure operational safety, investigating incidents, analyzing causes, and promoting corrective and preventive actions.
Analyze breakdowns and incidents of critical equipment, participating in root cause studies and the improvement of preventive maintenance plans.
Drive equipment reliability and efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing innovative technical solutions.
Coordinate plant shutdowns, projects, and the commissioning of new facilities, supervising the correct execution of assigned tasks.
Plan and schedule maintenance activities on an annual, monthly, and weekly basis to guarantee asset availability.
Manage strategic materials and spare parts, defining technical specifications and appropriate stock levels for operational needs.
Develop and update technical procedures, ensuring compliance with standards, best practices, and quality requirements.
Monitor performance indicators, promoting continuous improvement actions oriented toward operational excellence.
Foster training and innovation, contributing to the technical development of the specialty and the implementation of new solutions and best practices.

What are we looking for?
Higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in refineries and/or continuous process plants.
Solid knowledge of industrial static equipment, including the interpretation of blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
Mastery of international specifications, standards, and codes applicable to evaluating repair techniques, validating technical requisitions, and identifying potential non-conformities.
Experience in breakdown analysis, identification of failure modes, and participation in root cause investigations.
B2 level of English
Regular use of IT tools.

Garantizar la integridad mecánica, seguridad, fiabilidad y disponibilidad de los equipos estáticos de las instalaciones, participando activamente en la gestión técnica, económica y operativa de la especialidad.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
Gestionar y optimizar la actividad de mantenimiento, dando soporte técnico y económico a la especialidad y asegurando el uso eficiente de los recursos.
Garantizar la seguridad en las operaciones, investigando incidentes, analizando causas y promoviendo acciones correctivas y preventivas.
Analizar averías e incidencias de equipos críticos, participando en estudios de causa raíz y en la mejora de los planes de mantenimiento preventivo.
Impulsar la fiabilidad y eficiencia de los equipos, identificando oportunidades de mejora y proponiendo soluciones técnicas innovadoras.
Coordinar paradas de planta, proyectos y puesta en marcha de nuevas instalaciones, supervisando la correcta ejecución de los trabajos asignados.
Planificar y programar las actividades de mantenimiento a nivel anual, mensual y semanal para garantizar la disponibilidad de los activos.
Gestionar materiales y repuestos estratégicos, definiendo especificaciones técnicas y niveles de stock adecuados para las necesidades operativas.
Desarrollar y actualizar procedimientos técnicos, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares, buenas prácticas y requisitos de calidad.
Realizar el seguimiento de indicadores de desempeño, promoviendo acciones de mejora continua orientadas a la excelencia operativa.
Fomentar la formación y la innovación, contribuyendo al desarrollo técnico de la especialidad y a la implantación de nuevas soluciones y mejores prácticas.

¿Qué buscamos?
Titulación superior en Ingeniería Mecánica o equivalente.
Experiencia mínima de 4 años en mantenimiento mecánico en refinerías y/o plantas de proceso continuo.
Conocimientos sólidos de equipos estáticos industriales, incluyendo la interpretación de planos, diagramas y documentación técnica.
Dominio de especificaciones, estándares y códigos internacionales aplicables para evaluar técnicas de reparación, validar requisiciones técnicas e identificar posibles no conformidades.
