You will be part of the Operations and SMA department, responsible for ensuring the correct execution of logistics and delivery processes both nationally and internationally. The mission of this position is to coordinate the complete order delivery process, ensuring that each operation arrives on time and with quality, working with different stakeholders such as customers, commercial teams, own plants, contract manufacturers, refineries, carriers, and inspectors.
This position is key to maintaining operational fluidity and customer satisfaction, facing current challenges such as the simultaneous management of multiple deliveries and the rapid resolution of incidents.
