Petronor, in the midst of a transformation project toward becoming a multi-energy company and a circular economy HUB, is looking to incorporate a Labor Relations Specialist for its Industrial Complex in Muskiz (Bizkaia).

What we are looking for

Reporting to the Head of Labor Relations and Personnel Administration, the selected person will assume, among others, the following functions:

Functions and responsibilities

  • Actively collaborate with the Labor Relations and Personnel Administration team in ordinary management and area projects.
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement policies and procedures regarding labor relations within their scope of responsibility.
  • Ensure the correct application of the current collective agreement and participate in the negotiation processes of future agreements.
  • Guarantee compliance with applicable labor regulations, monitor legislative changes, and propose improvement and adaptation measures.
  • Provide labor advice and address queries and incidents raised by the workforce and by the different areas of the organization.
  • Represent the company in the defense of its interests regarding labor matters, in coordination with the line of command and the involved areas.
  • Participate in dialogue with official bodies and labor-related entities when necessary.
  • Collaborate in the correct application and review of payroll concepts and in the administrative processes associated with personnel management.
  • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the area's budget.
  • Provide support to other transversal initiatives of the People area, especially in planning, organization, and talent.

Requirements

  • University degree in Law, Labor Relations, or related disciplines.
  • Postgraduate training or a Master's in Human Resources Management will be valued.
  • Consolidated experience, of at least 6 years, in similar positions, with a special focus on labor law, collective bargaining, equality plans, and labor relations management in an industrial environment.
  • Ability to generate credibility, drive commitment, and operate confidently in changing environments oriented toward continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, execution orientation, and capacity for collaborative work.
  • High analytical capacity and judgment for decision-making.
  • Ability to relate effectively with different internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of English (B2).
  • Driver's license.

Qué buscamos

Dependiendo de la Jefatura de Relaciones Laborales y Administración de Personal, la persona seleccionada asumirá, entre otras, las siguientes funciones:

Funciones y responsabilidades

  • Colaborar activamente con el equipo de Relaciones Laborales y Administración de Personal en la gestión ordinaria y en los proyectos del área.
  • Desarrollar, coordinar e implantar políticas y procedimientos en materia de relaciones laborales dentro de su ámbito de responsabilidad.
  • Velar por la correcta aplicación del convenio colectivo vigente y participar en los procesos de negociación de futuros convenios.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral aplicable, realizar seguimiento de los cambios legislativos y proponer medidas de mejora y adaptación.
  • Prestar asesoramiento laboral y atender consultas e incidencias planteadas por la plantilla y por las distintas áreas de la organización.
  • Representar a la compañía en la defensa de sus intereses en materia laboral, en coordinación con la línea de mando y las áreas implicadas.
  • Participar en la interlocución con organismos oficiales y entidades del ámbito laboral cuando resulte necesario.
  • Colaborar en la correcta aplicación y revisión de los conceptos de nómina y en los procesos administrativos asociados a la gestión de personal.
  • Participar en la elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto del área.
  • Dar soporte a otras iniciativas transversales del área de Personas, especialmente en planificación, organización y talento.

Se requiere

  • Titulación universitaria superior en Derecho, Relaciones Laborales o disciplinas afines.
  • Se valorará formación de posgrado o Máster en Dirección de Recursos Humanos.
  • Experiencia consolidada, de al menos 6 años, en posiciones similares, con especial foco en derecho laboral, negociación colectiva, planes de igualdad y gestión de relaciones laborales en entorno industrial.
  • Capacidad para generar credibilidad, impulsar el compromiso y desenvolverse con solvencia en entornos cambiantes y orientados a la mejora continua.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, orientación a la ejecución y capacidad para el trabajo colaborativo.
  • Elevada capacidad analítica y criterio para la toma de decisiones.
  • Capacidad para relacionarse eficazmente con distintos interlocutores internos y externos.
  • Inglés nivel alto (B2).
  • Carné de conducir.
