TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Based in Madrid, providing support to the entire group mainly in the Pack area, with frequent travel for ERP implementations and support
- Ticket management according to SLAs, with resolution at L2 level or escalation to the rest of the department when necessary
- Training and informing users about system changes
- Participation in development projects and management of Requests for Change (RFC), in close collaboration with users and corporate departments
- Possibility of participating in a 24x7 on-call team
ACADEMIC LEVEL/ OTHER TRAINING:
- Mandatory: Degree in Computer Engineering (or similar)
EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of experience in support services and deployment of management systems (ERP)
Knowledge of SAP is valued

- Con base en Madrid, prestando soporte a todo el grupo principalmente en el área de Pack, con viajes frecuentes para implementaciones y soporte de ERP
