Occupational Therapist - Full-time / Permanent contract. (Barcelona)

You will help older people stay active. Your mission will be to promote their autonomy, participation and quality of life through therapeutic interventions adapted to their needs.

Your duties will be:

💙 Assess the functional, cognitive, motor, sensory and social abilities of residents to identify their intervention needs.

💙Design and develop therapeutic interventions both individual and group-based that promote the autonomy and participation of residents.

💙 Carry out cognitive, motor, sensory and social stimulation activities, adapted to the abilities and interests of residents.

💙 Participate in the assessment and follow-up of residents, collaborating in the planning of therapeutic programs and recording their progress to ensure continuity of care.

▶ Degree in Occupational Therapy

📑Contract type: Permanent. Start date at the beginning of September.

🙋‍♂️Contract duration: Permanent.

🧍‍♂️ Work shift: Split shift (Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. With one hour of rest).

⌛Working day: Full-time.

💰 Salary: 25,000 euros gross per year in 14 payments.

🏡 Accommodation assistance: If you join from another province, you will receive a financial aid of €1,500, paid in three installments of €500 during the first three months.

Tus funciones serán:

💙 Valorar las capacidades funcionales, cognitivas, motoras, sensoriales y sociales de los residentes para identificar sus necesidades de intervención.

💙Diseñar y desarrollar intervenciones terapéuticas individuales y grupales que favorezcan la autonomía y participación de los residentes.

💙 Realizar actividades de estimulación cognitiva, motora, sensorial y social, adaptadas a las capacidades e intereses de los residentes.

💙 Participar en la valoración y seguimiento de los residentes, colaborando en la planificación de programas terapéuticos y registrando su evolución para garantizar la continuidad de los cuidados.

📑Tipo de contrato: Indefinido. Incorporación a primeros de septiembre.

🧍‍♂️ Turno de trabajo: Partido (De lunes a viernes de 8.00h a 17.00h. Con una hora de descanso).

💰 Salario: 25.000 euros brutos anuales en 14 pagas.

🏡 Ayuda alojamiento: Si te incorporas desde otra provincia, recibirás una ayuda económica de 1.500 €, abonada en tres pagos de 500 € durante los tres primeros meses.
