WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Software Engineer , your role will consist of:

• To be the technical expert who interprets the solutions provided by the Solution Design team and transcribes them into the necessary programming languages ​​and parameters that generate the technical components integrated into the designed solutions.
• Capable of detailing the required functionalities, developing the services and operations that make up its application and/or integrating these solutions with other components of other applications.
• Your solutions are ALWAYS validated by SOLUTION DESIGN to ensure their alignment with the development policies established in the Santander Group.
• Likewise, your solutions must ALWAYS pass the Quality Gates defined by the CISO and QUALITY SERVICES teams who, from a SECURITY (S-SDLC, CISO), TECHNICAL (QA-T, Performance Test, Stress Test, Contingency Test) and FUNCTIONAL (Unit Test, Functional Test, Integration Test) point of view, will validate that the software produced by the SW.Engineers meets all the quality standards established and committed to by the Santander Group.
• Not only do you execute the corresponding technical developments in the SW, but following the instructions of the Solution Design, you also prepare all the required technical documentation in accordance with the Group's Development Policies (logical models, data models, flowcharts, activity diagrams, templates, etc.).
• If applicable, it will manage the delivery of SW from eLABS Services or SW Factories participating in your project, ensuring that the deliveries from these Third Parties meet the quality standards of the Santander Group as well as the functional and technical specifications required according to the contracted service.
• Certify the software produced under your responsibility, executing the certification cycles defined in the testing strategy and the secure and quality development policy of the Santander Group.
• Participate in the packaging of your solutions for the correct deployment of the SW in the different work environments or collaborate with the DevOps to ensure that this packaging and deployment of SW is executed in a coherent, comprehensive and correct manner.
• Participate in all the liturgies and follow-ups established by the Scrum Master / Project Manager of your Team.
• Together with the head of the Chapter-CoEx or Global Product you work on, you will identify your training, upskilling or reskilling needs to keep your technical skills up to date.
• Finally, provide your feedback regarding the performance of the professionals who have participated alongside him in his work teams.

EDUCATION

Engineering (Bachelor Degree) - 3 years: Computer Engineering
