• Support countries in the definition and rollout of local commercial strategies for the Mass Market Corporate segment, ensuring alignment with global strategic priorities and contributing to the establishment of governance frameworks (KPIs, tracking mechanisms, and performance routines)
• Develop analytical reports and tools (primarily in Excel) to identify business opportunities, optimize client segmentation, and support data-driven decision-making
• Support strategic initiatives identification and prepare high-quality materials and presentations for senior management, translating analysis into clear and actionable insights
• Contribute to the identification and development of commercial initiatives to drive growth (e.g., cross-selling, client acquisition, sector prioritization, pricing), supporting countries in both design and execution
