What you'll do

JOB DUTIES

Surface preparation

- Sand, degrease, and clean bodywork surfaces before paint application.

- Apply fillers, primers, and anticorrosion treatments according to Scania procedures.

Paint application

- Apply base paint and clear coat using spray guns, booths, and industrial equipment.

- Ensure uniformity, gloss, and adhesion in accordance with manufacturer standards.

- Control mixtures and colors to maintain fidelity to the Scania palette.

Finishing and touch-ups

- Polishing and correction of imperfections.

Equipment maintenance and cleaning

- Keep paint booths, spray guns, and tools in perfect condition.

- Comply with safety and environmental regulations when handling chemical products.

REQUIREMENTS

- Education: Vocational training in Bodywork, Automotive, Industrial Painting, or equivalent.

- Experience: Minimum 3 years in heavy or industrial vehicle painting; experience in official workshops is valued.
