 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Business management and development: Manage workshop activity with the goal of satisfying customers and the team, generating responsible and sustainable business that contributes to Scania's growth. Plan workshop operations in the short and medium term with strategic vision and a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
-Team leadership: Lead, manage, motivate, and empower the team to work independently and in a coordinated manner. 
-Customer relations: Ensure customer needs are met by systematically developing the customer experience at the branch and building lasting commercial relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS:
-Experience and technical knowledge in the automotive sector (preferably in trucks and buses) and/or experience in multinational retail companies with teams under your responsibility.
-Experience in an industrial dealership or similar.
-Commercial management, customer relations, and negotiation skills.
-Knowledge of financial and operational indicators.
-Experience in team leadership.
-Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Office suite (especially Excel).
-Preferred: intermediate level of spoken and written English.
- Preferred: Driving license B, C, and D.
