As a Packaging Technical Project Lead (Temporary), you will support the development, validation, and implementation of packaging solutions, contributing to projects advancing with quality, agility, and alignment with business needs.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Participate in the development and optimization of packaging solutions in various formats.
  • Support packaging projects from the conceptual phase to industrialization.
  • Collaborate on industrial trials, validations, and plant scaling.
  • Coordinate with areas such as R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Prepare technical documentation, track data and reports, and provide support in the daily management of the area.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure the correct progress of projects.

  • Interest in materials, industrial processes, and technical development.
  • Experience or familiarity with industrial trials, validations, or working with suppliers.
  • Good level of English and Spanish.
  • Organization, proactivity, and the ability to work collaboratively.
