About the role

We are looking for a Catering Assistant to join one of our centers in Oviedo. The selected person will be responsible for cleaning the kitchen facilities, as well as providing support in small preparations for diners (kitchen/pantry).

What you'll do

  • Carry out cleaning tasks for utensils, stoves, machinery and tableware in the restaurant and kitchen, as well as the kitchen premises.

  • Clean the dining rooms and the kitchen spaces, counter and utensils.

  • Prepare the ingredients that the cook needs (cutting, peeling...) and support them during the preparation of dishes.

  • Serving food to the center's diners and moving food carts to the pantry.

  • Carry out auxiliary tasks in the preparation of products.

  • Take care of cleaning the tableware, the dining room and the kitchen.

  • Keep materials and facilities in good condition when carrying out duties.

  • Keep spaces tidy, clean and disinfected.

  • Work with colleagues to create a good working environment to ensure good customer service.
