We are looking for a cook for collective catering to join our catering service at the CRE Alzheimer Salamanca. The person hired will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. 

What you'll do

  • Preparation and development of menus adapted to each center (school or residential).

  • Compliance with technical specifications and planning of established menus.

  • Kitchen organization and coordination with the work team.

  • Control of raw materials, stock, and food storage.

  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen.

  • Strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations.

  • Support with goods receiving when necessary.

How you'll work

  • 36 hours per week.
  • Schedule: from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (with corresponding break) or from 2:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (with corresponding break), Monday to Friday. And from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (with corresponding break) or from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (with corresponding break) on weekends.
  • Temporary contract (vacation replacement).
