We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as our new Service Partner Management Intern!

What does a Service Partner Intern do, you might ask?
Well, this role is allowed to do the best part of our everyday work - to still the hunger for sustainable energy!

In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day-to-day job:

  • Review Requests: Thoroughly assess incoming requests for completeness.
  • Search and Verify Partners: Actively seek out potential partners and verify their capabilities.
  • Compile Comprehensive Overviews: Create detailed summaries of partner services.
  • Organize Decision Meetings: Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Operate Document Administration: Manage paperwork and ensure proper archiving.
  • Facilitate Partner Onboarding: Ensure new service partner towards smooth integration.
  • Training Overview: Manage training programs for Sungrow Academy and organizing training data for service partner and suggesting improvements to address challenges.
  • Maintain Updated Database: Keep accurate records in our database.
  • Recommend Terminations: If necessary, propose ending partnerships.
  • Work closely with team: Keep in constant exchange to ensure mutual understanding.

  • Educational Background: Recently obtained degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively articulate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to review requests thoroughly and compile comprehensive overviews.
  • Organizational Abilities: Proven experience in managing documents and maintaining accurate records, particularly in the context of renewable energy services and specifications.
  • English and Spanish at C1 level.
