You'll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to design effective hiring strategies, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and ensure we build diverse, high-performing teams that drive our technology forward.}

_{We're looking for someone who:}

• _{Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to identify and understand hiring needs.}
• _{Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates for various Product & Design Positions including Product Managers, Product Designers, UX Researchers and other.}  
• _{Conduct thorough screenings and assessments of potential candidates, including resume reviews and phone screening.}
• _{Evaluate candidates' product knowledge, technical skills and cultural fit to make informed hiring decisions.}
• _{Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.}
• _{Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, utilizing various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.}
• _{Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to provide recommendations for enhancing the recruitment strategy.} 

_{What you'll be doing:}

• _{Experience recruiting for Product & Design or Technology related positions.}
• _{Knowledge of the Product development lifecycle and understanding of various Product or Design roles and skillsets.}
• _{Strong sourcing abilities, with a track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates.}
• _{Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates' technical competencies and cultural fit.}
• _{Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (we use Greenhouse) and other recruitment tools.}
• _{Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.}
• _{Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.}
• _{Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.}
