As Store Manager, you will lead your team with passion, foster team spirit, provide exceptional experiences to customers, and drive commercial success. You will be an ambassador for Swarovski, inspire excellence, and support the growth of your team every day.

About the position

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.

• Build strong relationships with customers and promote loyalty programs.

• Select, onboard, and support talent, ensuring succession plans.

• Define and manage individual and team goals, proactively evaluating performance.

• Oversee store operations: inventory, cash management, loss prevention, and compliance.

About you

• More than 3 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion brands, cosmetics, or lifestyle.

• Excellent leadership skills, coaching, and team development.

• Digital proficiency and solid operational knowledge.

• A charming and winning personality, capable of easily establishing trust-based relationships and empowering others.

• Customer orientation, a curious attitude, empathy, and a results-driven approach, with a commercial mindset and team spirit.

• Knowledge of English.
