What are we looking for?

🎓 Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in Analysis and Control or a higher degree related to Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or similar.

🎯 Minimum of 2 years of experience as an R&D Technician in the cosmetic sector.

🧴 Experience in the formulation of skincare and/or haircare products.

📋 Knowledge of GMP and ISO 22716 regulations.

💻 Proficiency in office tools.

🌍 Intermediate level of English

Cosmetic formulation, raw material analysis, stability testing, cosmetic regulations, and R&D laboratory management.

What do we offer?

✨ Stable contract.

✨ Annual gross salary between €30,000 and €35,000, depending on experience and value provided.

✨ Full-time position with flexible hours:

• Monday to Thursday: start between 07:30 and 08:30 h, lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00 h, and finish between 16:30 and 17:30 h.
• Friday: intensive workday with start between 06:45 and 07:15 h and finish between 13:45 and 14:15 h.

We are looking for a person with experience in cosmetic formulation, a capacity for innovation, and a desire to participate in the development of new products.

What will your mission be?

You will be part of the Research and Development team, participating in the creation, reformulation, and optimization of cosmetic products, ensuring the technical quality of the projects and collaborating in their industrialization.

Main functions

✅ Development, formulation, reformulation, and optimization of cosmetic products.

✅ Creation and development of new cosmetic products.

✅ Preparation and updating of technical documentation associated with the projects.

✅ Preparation of formulas, INCIs, manufacturing methods, and technical documentation for raw materials.

✅ Monitoring, analysis, and interpretation of stability and compatibility studies.

✅ Preparation of technical reports and conclusions on stability and compatibility.

✅ Coordination with external laboratories for efficacy studies, challenge tests, and packaging-product compatibility.

✅ Management and monitoring of product samples and raw materials.

✅ Participation in the industrialization of new formulations and validation of manufacturing methods.

✅ Monitoring of pilot batches and first industrial batches.

✅ Investigation and analysis of incidents related to product and production.

✅ Search for new raw materials and innovative ingredients for future developments.

✅ Technical contact with suppliers and monitoring of trends and innovation in the cosmetic sector.

✅ Verification, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
