Your mission is to detect and satisfy the needs of our members, helping them to achieve their fitness and well-being goals.

Your work is essential to create a positive and transformative experience in each session, lifting the spirits and motivation of members and contributing to their health and happiness.

Your role is crucial because you will be the visible face of Synergym for many of our members.

What will you be responsible for as a Trainer?

- Conducting Group Exercise Classes: You will prepare and lead various activities: Boompa, Flow, Zumdance, and Rumble, among others.

- Personalized Attention to Members: You will offer individualized advice or in the room, helping members to establish and achieve their fitness goals through personalized plans and continuous support.

+ Opportunities for growth: You will start as a trainer and, with dedication, you can improve your economic conditions and advance to roles such as Club Manager, Master Trainer, Area Manager, or participate in cross-functional projects.

+ Constant learning: From day one, you will receive continuous support and comprehensive training in group exercise techniques, management, and customer service, ensuring your success and safety in the role.

+ Synergym Academy: You will receive complete training in physiology, biomechanics, and specific training and management techniques, with constant support and certification in the fitness room.

+ Beat Programmes: You will learn various group exercise classes and training sessions at no cost, developing key competencies such as communication and group management, ensuring your continuous professional growth.

+ Positive impact: You will contribute to the well-being of users, seeing the positive impact of your work in their lives, whether helping them to lose weight or to improve their habits.

+ Variable salary: You will have a fixed salary plus a variable one for incentives, which can add up to 200€ to your salary, depending on the achievement of KPIs, with semi-annual evaluations that can improve your salary.

+ Continuous schedule and stability: You will have continuous schedules that allow for better personal and work organization, avoiding the traditional split shifts of the sector.

¿De qué te encargarás como Trainer?

- Realización de Clases Dirigidas: Prepararás y dirigirás diversas actividades: Boompa, Flow, Zumdance y Rumble entre otras.

- Atención Personalizada a los/as Socios/as: Ofrecerás asesoramiento individualizado o en la sala, ayudando a los/las socios/as a establecer y alcanzar sus metas de fitness a través de planes personalizados y apoyo continuo.

+ Oportunidades de crecimiento: Comenzarás como trainer y, con dedicación, podrás mejorar tus condiciones económicas y ascender a roles como Club Manager, Master trainer, Área Manager, o participar en proyectos transversales.

+ Aprendizaje constante: Desde el primer día, recibirás un acompañamiento continuo y una formación integral en técnicas de clases dirigidas, gestión y atención al cliente, asegurando tu éxito y seguridad en el rol.

+ Synergym Academy: Recibirás una formación completa en fisiología, biomecánica y técnicas específicas de entrenamiento y gestión, con acompañamiento constante y certificación en sala fitness.

+ Beat Programmes: Aprenderás diversas clases dirigidas y entrenamientos sin coste, desarrollando competencias clave como comunicación y gestión de grupos, asegurando tu crecimiento profesional continuo.

+ Impacto positivo: Contribuirás al bienestar de los/as usuarios/as, viendo el impacto positivo de tu trabajo en sus vidas, ya sea ayudándolos a perder peso o a mejorar sus hábitos.

+ Sueldo variable: Tendrás un sueldo fijo más un variable por incentivos, que pueden sumar hasta 200€ a tu sueldo, según la consecución de KPIs, con evaluaciones semestrales que pueden mejorar tu salario.

+ Horario continuo y estabilidad: Tendrás horarios continuos que permiten una mejor organización personal y laboral, evitando los tradicionales horarios partidos del sector.
