We are looking to incorporate a new teammate into our Healthcare vertical with experience in managing technical software development teams in the healthcare sector. Previous experience in code development is highly valued.

Functions and responsibilities:

  • Requirement gathering and analysis with healthcare clients
  • Experience in healthcare software development, for example: Primary Care applications, Electronic Health Records, Emergency Systems, clinical data integration, information exchange between healthcare centers, healthcare interfaces and messaging (HL7, web services, APIs...)
  • Coordination of the technical development team

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • University degree.
  • Proficiency in process analysis and strong communication skills with clients.
  • Experience participating in healthcare sector projects managed through agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SaFe...)
  • Technical-functional knowledge of clinical systems in the health field, for example: Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Primary Care and/or departmental systems - prescription, pharmacy, surgical...-

Valued Requirements:

  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards: HL7, FHIR, OpenEHR, OMOP...
  • Knowledge of healthcare nomenclatures and classifications (SNOMED, ICD, etc.)
  • Knowledge of integration engines and/or other tools or applications specific to the healthcare field (Mirth, IRIS, etc.).
  • Other technological knowledge (SQL, NoSQL, AI, Data, etc.)
